Villa Marchołt - Lounge

The former villa of the Kramsta family is one of Katowice’s historical buildings. Originally, it was a garden villa constructed in the neoclassicist style according to the design of Julius Haase for the German von Kramsta family. Since 1991, the building has been included on the list of Katowice monuments. Currently, the villa houses the Club of Independent Creative Societies, a the restaurant-cum-cafe “Drzwi Zwane Koniem”.

The vestibule leads to the main banquet hall, the cloakroom and two smaller rooms. The marble floor, light beige walls and the black grand piano create a retro atmosphere.
