The underpass

The underpass is located in the Tysiąclecie estate, the housing development in Katowice, under the dual carriageway leading to Katowice and Chorzów.

The inside of the underpass is lit with the artificial light. The stairs and the wheelchairs ramps are available on both sides. Inside the middle lane is reserved for bicycles, outside there are white and blue barriers.

The underpass connects the housing estate with bus and tram stops. On the other side of the road the Silesian Culture and Recreation Park and Maroko pond are located.
