Saint Peter’s Hill

A hill is located over the city of Pilica. On the hill the following buildings were situated: a 13th century gord, called the Old Pilica settlement, 16th century, larch St. Peter and Paul’s church and a cemetery. Only few monuments survived up to the present day:

-brick vestry,

-wooden bell-tower,

-18th century fence, which is currently being revitalised,

-and a churchyard from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.

You can also find lush flora on the hill. Chestnut trees and small-leaved lime trees form a real natural monument.
