Villa

A villa built in the Renaissance Revival style with the Gothic Revival elements was erected in 1880 at the request of Dr. Hans Zeumer.  A small palace, surrounded by a big park, was a private residence of the industrialist. The red-brick building with stone elements has been renovated. A sloping roof is covered with a maroon brick. There are numerous rooms, usable attic and a basement. Next to the villa there is a publishing house adapted for doctors’ offices and a huge driveway.

Currently there is a seat of the rehabilitation and therapeutic centre.
