Staropogońska Street, Sosnowiec

The buildings typical for Polish Peoples’ Republic architecture stand along Staropogońska Street located in the central part of Sosnowiec. Some of those buildings are: the complex of several dozens of ten-storey, grey apartment buildings and two-storey school covered with the sheet metal. The school building is located in the middle of the complex. The school is equipped with two playing fields – one is enclosed while the other one is opened.

A small park is located in the close proximity.

Katowice and Dąbrowa Górnicza are also located in the close proximity.
