Donnersmarck housing estate

Built in the interwar period housing estate is one of the oldest ones in Upper Silesia. The buildings erected between 1905 and 1920.

The buildings are in the modernistic style.

Wooden, frame-constructed elevations are decorated with the low reliefs. The entire estate consists of 40, two or three-storey, buildings with the lofts.

Green spaces dominate the estate, in front of the buildings small gardens with the secured benches has been created. Quiet streets, with pavements on either side and the tall trees growing along. All of that determines the uncanny and unique atmosphere of the housing estate.
