Altus office building

It is the highest and biggest office and service building in the whole Silesian agglomeration, located in the very centre of Katowice.

A modern building consists of three, joined, 18 and 29- floor high structures.

It is 125-meter high, and its total area is 69, 000 m².

The building includes:

- office rooms,

- service and sales points,

- fitness club,

- hotel,

- Film Centre,

- bar situated on the last floor,

- modern, three-floor parking lot with approximately 560 parking spaces,

- car wash.

The building is air-conditioned with the CCTV camera system. Equipped with 6 lines of escalators and 18 elevators. Inside the building we can mostly find artificial lighting. In the vicinity there are ‘Spodek’ and Jerzy Ziętek Rondo.
