Paderewski Housing Estate

Located in Katowice, in Muchowiec district, to the south-east of  the Katowice Centre. The housing estate was erected around 1980, after ten years of the construction works. Ryszard Ćwikliński, Jurand Jarecki and Stanisław Kwaśniewicz were the authors of the project.

The high block of flats are dwelled by around 12 thousands of residents who have at their disposal:

- Delicatessens,

- hairdresser’s,

- department store,

- parking places.

Valley of Three Ponds, park and recreational complex are located in the close proximity.
