Katowice roundabout

Located in Katowice, General Ziętek’s Roundabout is the central interchange in the city. The tram stations together with the glass dome topping the traffic circle are located on it. Underneath the roundabout runs an A road together with the underground tunnel.

The roundabout has three levels:

- level -1 – the lowest level that houses the equipment maintaining the tunnel,

- level 0 – The Roundabout Art Gallery, Tunnel Management Centre and the tram stations are located there,

- level +1 – the Café.

The easy access is granted by four tunnels that are the exits to the city centre. Spodek and Silesia City Centre are located in close proximity.
