John Paul II Square

A renovated city's square of Ruda Śląska is located in Nowy Bytom district. It is surrounded with the City Hall, Church of St. Paul, large panel housing project and characteristic tenement houses.

The square, commonly called a market square, has a huge area, where numerous concerts and cultural events take place. On the premises of the square there is a modern fountain and small trees.

In the vicinity we can find: Waryński's Park, Registry Office, many restaurants, bars and service firms.
