Gliwice Radio Power

Gliwice Radio Tower was built in the middle of 1930s in Gliwice. It is made of larch wood and is welded with over 16,000 brass screws.

It is visible from a distance of several kilometers thanks to huge reflectors that illuminate it.

It is a 111 m high construction and the tallest wooden structure in the world. Along with antenna tower and two residential buildings it belongs to radio transmitter building complex. It is surrounded by a greenbelt and is a perfect place for outdoor shots.
