Familoki

Familoki located in Świętochłowice represent the most typical type of apartment buildings from the 20th century and are highly popular in Upper Silesian region.  A high density working-class housing estate consisting of brick buildings is located in the centre of the town.

Kalina pond, Wojskowy pond and the park are located in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the close proximity of the diametral highway the transport connection is quick and easy.

This type of housing estates have been frequently used as film locations by producers e.g. in such movies: “Zgorszenie publiczne” (“The Public Depravity”), “Kret”(“The Mole”).
