Combined heat and power plant

The combined heat and power plant located in Bielsko- Biała, has been designed to replace local and industrial boiler houses. It was erected between 1960 and 1973.

The plant includes:

- four steam boiler houses,

- three turbine sets.

The plant’s chimneystacks are the highest structures in the city. They are 160 and 120 –meter  high.
