1 Maja Street

It is one of the historic streets in Katowice, which constitutes an extension of Warszawska Street, running to Zawodzie district.

Along the street there are among others: many historic tenement houses, Divine Providence Church and Senator Hotel. Tram tracks are running along the whole length of the street and numerous public transport stops, zebra crossings and a two-lane road are situated nearby.

In the vicinity we can find a Katowice-Zawodzie railway station.
