Bulwar Franza Waxmana
A film biography of Franz Waxman, a composer of film music who came from Chorzów and who won an Oscar twice. He was working in the 40s and 50s of the 20th century, i.e. during the golden era of Hollywood.
Cholonek (TV Staging)
A recording of the “Korez” Theatre performance screening, directed by Robert Talarczyk and Mirosław Neinert – an adaptation of the novel titled “Cholonek – the Good God of Clay” by Janosch (Horst Ecker). It portrays Silesians against a background of historical events, illustrating the Silesian mentality, sense of humour and fate of the inhabitants of Zabrze.
Music and Silence
The hero of the film is a composer Jan Sztwiertnia, born in Ustroń (Hermanice), who lived to be only 29. The one whose talent had been expected to “become too huge for Europe” was murdered in Mauthausen-Gusen in 1940. “Muzyka i cisza" (Music and Silence) was made in cooperation with students from the University of Silesia, the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music in Cieszyn.

The documentary is a sentimental journey through old family film shots, full of personal anecdotes and experiences. At the same time, it does not avoid journalistic generalisations as well as political and social commentaries.

A documentary story of a Polish football legend, Ernest Pohl. A sentimental journey through time, where statements delivered by his nearest and dearest are interspersed with historical photographs depicting the striker and thus create a simple and clear picture of his life.
Tactum
“Tactum” is a documentary in which the image, music and dance form an integral whole to tell a story about feelings, emotions and passions of three main protagonists, each at a different age. The story constitutes an attempt on juxtaposing the world around us with the yearning for simple truths and rules.
Kuba i Śruba - Dwóch Jasiów i Małgosia
The second episode of the “Kuba and Śruba” series, an animated story for children. This time the youngest viewers will be taken to the world of “Hansel and Gretel”, where a bad Witch will be waiting for them in her gingerbread cottage.
The Congres
A futurological vision of the future where the real world is intertwined with the animated one. The film is loosely based on the novel “The Futurological Congress” by Stanisław Lem.
LOVE IN THE CITY OF GARDENS
A film representing the political fiction genre, which tells a story of love, betrayal and secrets, which are kept deep under wraps. It depicts the times when Upper Silesia was nicknamed “Shanghai of Europe” because of the region’s considerable economic growth and the income coming from the textile industry.
